All reservations/ booking under this rate are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Once a booking is confirmed, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows.
We understand emergencies can arise while our policy is non-refundable, guests may contact us with documentation of extraordinary circumstances; at the hotel's sole discretion, or rebooking may be Offered.

All Room rates are inclusive of VAT.
All reservations must be guaranteed.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservation without payment.
A confirmation email will be sent once the booking is completed.
Check-in time: 3:00 PM and Check out time is 12 Noon.
Acceptable payment methods includes cash, Gcash and bank transfer.
A valid photo I.D must be presented upon check in.
Maximum occupancy per room depends on the type of room. Extra guests will be charged. Children aged 12 under stay free when using existing beds.
Guest will be held responsible for any damage to hotel property caused by them or their visitors.
All rooms are non-smoking. A cleaning fee of 5,000 pesos will be charged for smoking in non-smoking areas.
Pets are not allowed inside the hotel rooms.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or evict any guests for disruptive, inappropriate, or illegal behavior. Quiet hours from11:00 P.M to 6:00 A.M
Guest information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
The hotel is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
The hotel reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
